NEW WARDROBE


What's the best part about losing weight???!! NEW WARDROBE SHOPPING!!!! And boy did I do some shopping! I love this time of year when EVERYTHING is on sale- it's like the preseason for black Friday.. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

My honeymoon is in three months and I was on a mission! I ordered two pairs of shorts from the Loft online about a month ago and they are TOO BIG! Do you have any idea what that feels like?! I never use the words- too big when it comes to clothes fitting and IT FEELS AMAZING!!!!!! If you've never had that moment, you are missing out and it is something you MUST experience. I don't care what anyone says, there are VERY few feelings that could compare to that moment! It makes the early morning wake ups, the soreness, the hurts, the tears, the sweat it makes the CHALLENGE all worth it! I have come so far in these last couple months I cannot wait to see myself six months from now.... BRING IT ON!!!

Clean Zucchini Pizza Boats


This recipe is super simple and super delicious! It absolutely filled my pizza craving without sacraficing clean eating....

What you'll need:
  • One large zucchini
  • Extra Lean Jennie-O ground sausage
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • (Low Fat or Part Skim) Mozzarella Cheese
  • (use whatever your favorite pizza toppings are)
  • Low sugar Pizza Sauce
  • Crushed Red Pepper
Directions:
Slice the zucchini in half and carve out the insides. Put to the side. In a skillet brown the sausage and saute the veggies and add the left over zucchini reserve. Fill the insides of the two zucchini halves with pizza sauce and your veggie/meat mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. ENJOY!!




DOUBLES

Yesterday I started DOUBLES.... I have my first wedding dress fitting on Friday and it is time to kick it into gear! No excuses. I am responsible for the body I have, the goods the bads and the uglys. No one else is to blame for any aspect of your life but yourself. If you want the results you HAVE TO DO THE WORK! Is it going to be easy- NO! If it was easy everyone would do it. You have to really deep down want it. There are going to moments were you "fail" we're human, of course we're not going to be perfect every minute of the day; but what will set you apart is your ability to brush yourself off get back up and push play the next day! Give yourself a break and get back on track! Today is day 2 of DOUBLES!! Who's with me?!
